a sharp contrast

So I am a chef by trade and I recently picked up a second job. Let me be the first to say that the difference between the two is night and day. Old job I struggled constantly with horrible management and lack a day workers. This new job not only do our managers go so far as to clean the bathrooms but the all the staff actually work together because there is no US vs THEM mentality with the kitchen and front of house staff because we all do our share, There is just US. Also the cleanliness of the other place in comparison is like white marble versus a dumpster. Sad, sad, sad. But yay new job!
