Ingredients                              quantity 

Rice Ada                                 1 cup

Jaggery                                   2 cup

Milk                                         2 1/2 cup or more 

Cashew Nuts                         

Ghee

Cardamon

Preparation 

  1. Take a pan and heat ghee and roast the cashew nuts and keep aside.
  2. Bring water to boil turn off the stove and sock ada for 30 mins.Rinse in cold water,drain it and keep aside.
  3. Heat another pan with water and put jaggery. Melt it and strain it.
  4. Take a pan, pour ghee and fry ada for a while add Jaggery and let it cook for a while. As soon as it thickens add 1 1/2 milk and bring it to boil. Once thickens add another 1 1/2 cup of milk. Mix well and add cashew nuts and powered cardamon. Its ready to be served.
