Rice Ada 1 cup
Jaggery 2 cup
Milk 2 1/2 cup or more
Cashew Nuts
Ghee
Cardamon
Preparation
- Take a pan and heat ghee and roast the cashew nuts and keep aside.
- Bring water to boil turn off the stove and sock ada for 30 mins.Rinse in cold water,drain it and keep aside.
- Heat another pan with water and put jaggery. Melt it and strain it.
- Take a pan, pour ghee and fry ada for a while add Jaggery and let it cook for a while. As soon as it thickens add 1 1/2 milk and bring it to boil. Once thickens add another 1 1/2 cup of milk. Mix well and add cashew nuts and powered cardamon. Its ready to be served.
