All you need is

Gobi / cauliflower 

Capsicum Cut in square 

Onions chopped

Ginger chopped 

Garlic Chopped

Oil 

Soya sause 

Chilly Sause

Salt a pinch

Sugar 1 tspoon

Vinegar 1 spoon

all purpose flour 1 cup

corn flour 1/2 cup

Pepper powder

 

Method

Boil Gobi with salt and keep aside.

Make a mix of all purpose flour, corn flour, salt,pepper powder and 1 tspoon soya sauce. Add water and make a thick batter. Mix it with gobi.

Fry these gobi in hot oil. Re fry it to make cripsy.

Take a pan, Heat Oil, Add chopped ginger, garlic, chopped onion, spring onion, pepper, salt, and make it translucent. Add cut capsicum. Let it cook. Add 1 tbspoon soya sauce, chilly sauce. mix it will. 

once sause is ready mix gobi and garnish it with spring onions.
