The steamy Tapioca along with spicy fish curry

The Tapioca 

 

Ingredients:

Tapioca

Coconut crushed

Mustard seeds

Turmaric powder

Salt

Jeera

Oil

Curry leaves

Ginger and Garlic

Method

Just need to pressure cook tapioca until soft and keep aside.

Grind coconut, lil ginger and garlic, green chilly and jeera.

Take a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, lil chopped onion and chopped chilly and turmeric powder, curry leaves and salt, Add it to the coconut mix

Now Pour the coconut mix into the pressure cooker mix well with the tapioca until mushy. Let it cook for another 10 mins. Add lil coconut oil and curry leaves to garnish.

Best had with spicy fish curry.
