Beetroot Pachadi

Ingredients: 

  1. Beet root                 2 num 
  2. graded coconut       1 cup
  3. Jeera                       2 pinch
  4. Garlic                      (4)
  5. Red chilli powder    (1/2 spoon)
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Red chilli                 (2 num)
  8. Mustard ½ spoon
  9. Turmeric powder    (1 pinch)

Preparation

Chop Beet root tinny and shallow fry in the oil..should be half fry

Add coconut, jeera, garlic, red chilly powder, and turmeric powder grind it in mixie very well…Add ½ spoon mustard seed and grind it well with the mix.

Add 1 ½  spoon of oil in the pan ½ mustard seed, dry red chilly  and curry leaves…add the mixture  and bring it should boil. 

Add 1 cup of curd to Beetroot and add salt to it.
