Yesterday I was studied for my GMAT test. It is essential to take this test for every student who want to enter MBA program in US.

But I noticed that in countries like Afghanistan, entering to Management programs and getting management degree is so easy that it is not good. I believe that this programs and programs like this equip and prepare the leaders of the society. And if you are not interested and you do not have talent and you do not like it, you should not apply for it!

The managers that graduate from management programs in Afghanistan do not learn so much about leadership and some times they do not even get a simple idea of their major in the whole period of their program.

Low percent of graduated students will start to work the same field of their study and if they cant or they do not want to work in field why they start ?

The answer is simple: they want to just have a degree from university, no matter in which field! and no matter if they learned something or not and no matter if they can enter to market of their study field!
