Chiang Mai is the capital of Chiang Mai province from 1774 until 1939. It is located nearly by 700 km from the north to Bangkok. Chiang Mai has become a tourist attraction in past few year around 4-5 million tourists visit this place in a year. The city is host of many Thai festivals including Loi Krathong, Songkran and Chiang Mai Flower festival. Chiang Mai has over 300 temples of Buddha called Wat in thai language. The nightlife of the city is very happening as the city consist several bars and discotheques. The back boulevards and fundamental lanes of Chiang Mai have a richness and mixed bag of massage parlors, which offer anything from snappy, basic, face, and foot back rubs, to month-long courses in the specialty of Thai Massage.

 

Doi Inthanon National Park, which incorporates Doi Inthanon mountain the most astounding mountain in Thailand.
