Dhaba Style Chicken Curry

Take oil in a pan and add cumin, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and cook over low heat until brown. Take at least 5-6 onions for an lb chicken, slice them thin and have a deep fry in the pan. Add ginger and garlic sliced along with the onions, make it all turn golden in colour. Add green chilly and curry leaves.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder 3-4 spoons, chilly powder 4-5 spoons and fry them for a while. make sure that oil starts getting separated . Add water and keep stiring the gray for a while like 15-20 mins. Take time to make it cook well and also oil gets separated towards the end. Add salt and mix well. Transfer your masala to pressure cooker add chicken. Add water  as required and pressure cook it. 

Also add coriander leaves at the end.
