Glaciar Perito Moreno, is a glacier that is located in the Los Glaciares National Park in southwest Santa Cruz province, Argentina. In Argentina, this considered as one of the most important tourist attractions. This ice field is the world’s third largest reserve of fresh water and is one of the most drinking supplies of the world. This glacier was named after Francisco Moreno, he is the one who studied the region and was the one who defended the territory of Argentina in the conflict.

This glacier is a very good tourist attraction, which has attracted a large number of travelers.  This is also declared as the world’s heritage by the UNESCO. A traveler would have to travel for two hours by bus to reach this destination. This is also considered as a mini trekking site.  We also have humans considering this site as the eighth wonder of the world. Visiting this place is nothing less than visiting heaven. It is been covered with ice all around that makes this place look extremely beautiful. It is a massive tongue of ice.
