Good morning to you my beautiful friends. The new week has begun. I hope this Monday finds you in great health and spirit. Whether it's morning, afternoon, evening or night where you are, I hope your day is going as you planned.

I'm not looking forward to this morning as I have to go back to family court to file some paperwork. Courts depress me. I dread going into that building, sitting and waiting my turn and soaking up the negative energy around me. I'm reminding myself of the positive attitude I must keep, but sometimes it's a difficult thing to do. Nevertheless I will try.

What I am looking forward to is coming back and bubbling with you all. That lifts my spirit up.
