Coconut oil 2tbspoon
Fish 1 lb
Ginger and Garlic paste 3 tbspoon
Salt
Chilly powder 2 tbspoon
turmeric powder a pinch
mustard seeds 1 tspoon
Gambooge 2 nos
Tomato paste 1 tbspoon

Method
Heat the oil in the pan and add mustard seeds. Wait till it cracks. Add ginger and garlic paste. keep stirring till it turns brown. Add tomato paste. Mix well. Let it cook for 5 mins. Add curry leaves,turmeric powder and red chilly powder .. mix it for 4 mins. Add water and then the fish along with Gambooge. Let it cook for 10 mins. The spicy fish curry is ready to serve
