The main technique used to manage an organization, with regards to its human resources, is the management of change. It is bringing successful changes to an organization without any severe resistance from the workers of the company towards that change. In case of obvious resistance, management of change helps in dealing with and reducing the resistance of the workers. It can be a change of anything, structural, organizational or technological change.
Bringing out successful improvements in the company and carrying out any necessary procedures for that is the utmost duty of the management but the most important component of this skill is to achieve the goal successfully and with no contradiction between upper and lower managements. Management of change is the main key to continuous improvements brought up in an organization.
