Stephan Cotterell, a musician and filmmaker from the Cayman Islands, has recently released a new music video called, “She Sings”. The dancehall song features musician and fellow Caymanian Jaybass. Cotterell stars in the video, which he also produced. The video, released on March 3rd, is Cotterell’s first music video and is a single on his upcoming album, “What Do You Take Me For” set to be released this summer.

Cotterell brings together pop music with a Caribbean flair. Although this is his first solo album, he’s no stranger to the music scene. As a member of ThE iZ, he wrote, performed and produced songs on their album “Beach Club”. “Tonight,” a single from the album, was #2 on Japan USEN International Music Chart and was featured on VH1's "Basketball Wives". He has also written and produced music for Machel Montano and Christina Aguilera.

Although he’s only 25, Cotterell has a long list of accomplishments to his name. His passion for both film and music led him to pursue both industries. In addition to his musical career, he’s an accomplished filmmaker. He took home first place in the Vybzing video challenge sponsored by the Caribbean Development Bank.
