Last night the New York Rangers shut out the Pittsburgh Penguins by a score of 5-0.
After two flat performances over the weekend at Toronto and versus Edmonton, the Rangers came out flying from the opening faceoff against Pittsburgh. The Penguins had just come off of big wins over the weekend, so the result of this game was a bit of a surprise...
The Penguins had one of the best records in the entire National Hockey League, in my opinion they are the best team in the league. We will see how they fare the rest of the way. It is early in the season.
