There are many people i know who have bad habits, for example smoking, drinking, using saparis, chewable tobacco. THis is the best month to quite all those bad habits, Just look you don't use anything while you are fasting then why not stop using it forever. dont use them after aftari just use your will power.
Instead of doing all those things they should keep themselves busy in eating healthy foods and start doing exercise and become healthy because those bad things would only ruin their health and nothing else.
