RASPBERRY BANDWAGON

It’s no surprise that, once again there is another pill that claims to give astonishing weight loss results. Is it really fair to give people false hope?  Is it even crazier that, a relatively new supplement that is claiming this was once used as just a fragrance and flavoring agent? Or that it was never really tested on humans before being put out on the market? That’s right. I know my mind was blown too. This, my friends is the new craze over raspberry ketones.

While I am all for people trying to maintain healthy lifestyles and trying to better themselves, I am not a fan of those trying to make a buck off of feeding people false information. Raspberry ketones have been said to boost metabolism, when tested on rats. Studies have even claimed that when the rats were fed a diet high in fat, they were able to stop new fat cells from forming.

You’re ready to go out and buy a bottle now aren’t you? Before you go, listen to your gut. While raspberry ketones, may help boost your metabolism,  it is by no means a miracle pill.  Think of it as a kick start in your new lifestyle. I will tell you from personal experience, that at the beginning of my weight loss journey,  I did use raspberry ketones.  I needed something to get me going, being that I have not been taken care of myself for about a year prior to that.

One day I sat down and wrote out a meal plan. I also signed up for the gym the next day. That’s where it began. I knew a pill could not just make my extra layers go away, I had to work for it. I am proud to say, a year later  I am down to my goal weight and am now in the middle of tightening everything up.

So if you are in the market for something to help give you that push, look into raspberry ketones. If you are looking for an easy way out, this is not it. After all, the harder you work for it the more rewarding it is.
