Recipe: Noodles Pakode (Indian style noodles)

For 4 persons

Ingredients:

Gram floor(Besan)- 1 cup
2 table spoon of corn floor
1 cup boiled Noodles
2 small sliced mushrooms
½ cup thin chopped cabbage
1 or2 finely chopped Green Chili
Ginger - 1 inch taller sliced ​​into thin pieces
2 table spoon finely chopped green coriander
1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Oil for frying

Procedure:

Boil as much water as noodle can be properly under water. After it boiled, put noodles and a tea spoon oil. Boil noodles until soft, then remove the water using filter. Add some cold water and wash them. Noodles are ready. Add gram flour and corn flour in a pot, add a little water to create a slurry so that bales should not exist. Then add a little more water to create slurry as thin as pakoda’s solution. Now add salt, red chillies, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, sliced ​​mushrooms, cabbage and noodles and mix well. Heat oil in a pan. Add a little slurry in hot oil by hand or spoon. Prepare pakoda and let them be golden brown in oil and pakodos are ready.
