Salmon for Dinner

They say you should eat fish at least once a week. Full of vitamins and oils that promote a healthy body.
I prefer salmon, either on the grill with spices or baked in the oven with butter and basil. Make veggies on the side and you have a perfect meal. I like to make a mixture of squash, zucchini, and peppers, stirred together in a fry pan with a little olive oil and some sea salt.
I am not much of a wine drinker, but I think any kind of white wine goes best with fish. Recently my girlfriend and I have been drinking Moscato wine.
