Ingredients Quantity
- Onions 6 nos
- Tomato paste 5 tspoon
- Ginger Garlic paste 3 to 4 tspoon
- dry garlic pwdr 1 tspoon
- Cardamom green 7 nos,
- Cardamon black 2 nos
- Cinnamon
- bay leaf
- mustard seeds
- cumin
- Chilly powder 4 tbspoon
- Coriander powder 2 tbspoon
- Salt
- Turmeric power ½ t.spoon
- Coriander leaves
- Curd
- Oil
Heat the oil and fry all Garam Masalas -Cardamom ,Cinnamon,bay leaf,mustard seeds and cumin
Add sliced Onion fry it until dark brown…. ½ n hr to 45 mins time
Add Ginger Garlic Paste and again fry for anther 15 mins in sim
Add tomato paste again keep in sim for another 10 mins
Add chilly powdr and coriander powder and keep frying for another 15 to 20 mins for best result ..(must be n sim ). This takes time so that onion does not give sweet taste. You will see Oil is separated from the thick masala.
Now add lil curd- 1 spoon. Add Water; Bring it to boil ; keep stirring else masala may stick n pan. As it boils oil gets separated again.
Marinate chicken with lemon juice and turmeric pwdr and lil salt keep it for 20 mins at least…and then add chicken to masala….. let it cook for 30 to 40 mins and again u will see oil getting seperated. Add Curd again (4 spoon). Boil for lil more mins and its DONE
