Yet another sweet and delicious snack which no once can just have one. It is very quick and easy to make .
Here is what we need to make it in easy steps:
- Roasted Rawa/SOOJI- 1 cup
- Jaggery 1 cup
- Cardamon 10 numbers.
- Ripe Banana 1/2
- Oil to fry
Method
- Melt the Jaggery in a pan and filter it.
- Powder the cardamon and keep aside.
- take mixer and smash the banana, add rawa and the jaggery water into mixer and mix well.
- consistency of rawa should be not too thick or thin but like dosa batter.
- Add cardamon powder and mix well.
- Keep aside the batter for 3 hrs for better results.
- Start frying in unniappam pan for the best results of shape.
