Unniappam

Yet another sweet and delicious snack which no once can just have one. It is very quick and easy to make .

Here is what we need to make it in easy steps:

  • Roasted Rawa/SOOJI- 1 cup
  • Jaggery                        1 cup
  • Cardamon                 10 numbers. 
  • Ripe Banana       1/2 
  • Oil to fry

Method

  • Melt the Jaggery in a pan and filter it.
  • Powder the cardamon and keep aside.
  • take mixer and smash the banana, add rawa and the jaggery water into mixer and mix well. 
  • consistency of rawa should be not too thick or thin but like dosa batter. 
  • Add cardamon powder and mix well. 
  • Keep aside the batter for 3 hrs for better results. 
  • Start frying in unniappam pan for the best results of shape.
