Little Shy Girl, Poem 1

The little girl was very shy   Little Shy Girl                                                      

that when visitors happened by

She hid behind her mothers apron

Then they asked "What is wrong?"

And the little girls mother replied

"Why, because she is shy!"

And that word shy rang out,

so loud, in the little girl's mind

From then on she stayed shy
