Afghanistan women

In the
past days,Afghan women were really oppressed by the men in various life scenario.Especially during the reign of Taliban,an Afghan woman strictly have to do what the 'Holy Quran' teaches her to do.Nothing out of this will she has to go out.Not only this, but also she can't choose anything she like and all the authority and her will must always pointed to her husband or family members. In those days,if you investigate the number of girls who were enrolled to primary and secondary schools of the formal education, you will be surprised. For instance,if you get 40 students of a particular primary school class, the number of female students couldn't exceed from four or five. What does it implies,I think,it shows to me that Taliban was only concentrated to the religious education in which all boys and girls,by classification of girls and boys school, were forced to study ONLY the religious parameters, customs and the local governmental and 'Sharia' formulation systems. In addition to these problems, they were not allowed to marry a man who they like rather family influence and decision prevailed their decision power. For the total period of the Taliban systems of Schooling, all educational curriculum was connected and complies with the Islamic teachings so that Women of Afghanistan were in hunger starting from the formal and pure primary education to the highly advanced learning environment of science, technology, medicine and business world. The number of illiterate women in Afghan during the era of Taliban was dramatically high that showed great loss of educated women. After the fall of Taliban, the democratic government which came to power has been trying to solve and maintain secure and quality education and health related problems in all zones of the country.Even though  seeing Afghan women in all levels of educational  and high level organizational positions was initially not easy, the government has been trying to fulfill the goals set by the new  women oriented affirmative actions and educational policies  by giving opportunity for women to practice and compete in vacancy announcements and building new schools and trying to teach the Afghan society to take their daughters to school and the influence of extra works imposed against girls. At present time, the society, for some extent is changing the formal bad attributes and encourages and supports the government as much as they can. However, strong and day to day implementation and action oriented moves should be applied to make girls' rights of freedom, politics, technology and education to be equal with the boys.
