According to me there is not equal right for men and women in every field because women are weak and they lose their temper and they do not have much courage like men have , men are strong and they have much courage , related to our country Pakistan Muslim women are bashful and they face much problems while going for education and jobs then they lose their courage , not every women but some women are very strong and they survive in society they become hard by sacrificing much challenges then they rise in society like super star , our country Pakistan has very famous examples like Benazir Bhutto she had become Prime Minister of Islamic country of Pakistan she also sacrifice much challenges.

Women also have rights like men have but for women they should need to be stronger like men then they survive and perfect examples of women that they joins Army ,navy , air forces and another examples is that women jump from airplane from parachute this is I thank first time done in world.

Government should give equal right for men and women in jobs and in the society and give them in easy way and give them opportunity .
