when student reach university then they have not enough knowledge to get good job they should need to carry on their education and make them enough mature to get good job for this he should get degree from university as well as education not only degree. because when you go for job you should go for test and interview then here knowledge works but degree is also needed as proof that he or she gets education in that university but in true meaning education or knowledge that you learn that works in practical life.

i agree to this university degree is needed for success because this is theoretical proof from any institution that student had get education in this university where your marks and grade is written and this first step to success then second step is what you get from university as in the form of education.

if you do not have degree then no other company or industry give you job whatever you have knowledge.

university education gives you more experiences and make you more mature and then you will get success.
