Thank you and - Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters out March 2nd

Thank you to everyone who is tuning in and responding to my work and blog posts. You're enabling me to accomplish many things I had only hoped I'd be able to do this winter and for that I'm very grateful.

One thing - changed as of this week...

Yesterday, I saw in Entertainment Weekly that Hansel and Gretel was being made into a film. And that means I have to scrap an idea I was working on. Not that this was the most original idea... But sometimes it's interesting how when someone gets to *your* idea first - it forces you to push yourself even further and come up with something new and often more inspired and original.

I'm going to be making a short intro film to a play I'm directing this Spring. So, even if you're not in my part of the US - you'll still be able to catch part of the show. I'll be sure to post it here. It's a fairy tale, and involves fire, chainsaws and mysterious women who turn into trees. How's that for a tease? ;)
