With a mildly excited mood I set out with pa and ma to Coorg aka Madikeri from Bangalore. We guessed it would take us 5 to 6 hours, after all that research I tried to do. Google Maps helped with the route. tripagetor helped with the planning. Dad took care of the travel expenses and I covered the stay and food spends.

 Check-in at Fort Markera, was lucky enough to get an Executive room on a Saturday. Amazing place, impressive food, peaceful stay. Places covered on day 2- Abbey Falls, Talacauvery and Omkareshwar temple.

Left to Nagarhole Sanctuary to find their timings were 6-8 am and 3-5 pm. Took the route forward to Mysore, was convinced by mom and dad that we can see some wildlife at the Mysore zoo. Saw a few deer chilling and some red foxes in the sanctuary area, in the wild. We then lunched at the Mall of Mysore and arrived at the zoo at 3pm.
