When the TV music show Sing-Off first premiered five years ago, i thought it a great idea!
To have a show with groups of many sizes singing acapella was a real treat.
The basic format of a host and three judges worked out well.
The show seamed a big success doing a couple of seasons but then it didn't return.
Then the surprise! It did return last year! I again enjoyed the voices with those rhythms.
So its back tonight. I am watching on DVR but almost caught up to real time.
The good part is that the groups have been excellent.
The bad, its a one night competition only. Six groups sing, they break it down to three after the first hour.
In this last hour they break it all down to a winner.
