According to my point of view ideal teacher is who teach their student in very easy way and teaches not in boring mod but he want that student should participate in their lecture so teacher asked question from students and he asked explanation which one knows about lecture. 

Another boring factor is that some time teacher gives lecture two to three hour non stop , this is very boring factor for student then student do not listen lecture with concentration and get tensed because they do not listen lecture and then he did not get marks in exam.teacher should take some break after some time then he continue their lecture and between lecture he also talk about some other thing for humour because student did not get bore and then he continue their lecture.

Teacher should asked question from students for their involvement in lecture and help them if any one did not understand any topic because for teacher this is big achievement when their student gets knowledge , apart from classroom teacher should help them if any one asked some thing.

Teacher should appreciate if some one asked question and teacher answer them and teacher should give them some more knowledge apart from books this help them for student to be creative.
