There are several factors which elevate the development process of any community. I can name Education with the help of Social and Digital Media as one of them.

Since 2012 Film Annex and the Women's Annex Foundation have built 11 Media Labs at high schools in Afghanistan for girls The classrooms and the #DigitalLiteracy programs have been designed to educate the girls in social and digital media techniques for the modern internet.  The girls learn how to Blog and create Films to share their unique stories.

10 High School Media Labs and 2 Media Centers have been built with the support and donations of Film Annex in Herat and Kabul. This allowed thousands of Afghan students to gain access to the Internet at the without social considerations, security issues, or financial concerns.

Craig Newmark, Internet Entrepreneur and the Founder of Craigslist.com and CraigConnects.org , joined Film Annex in the process of opening another Computer Media Lab at Amina Fadawi High School in Kabul that has roughly 4750 female students.

At the Women's Annex Foundation we believe in women's Digital Literacy, Sustainability and Community Building where women are able to spread their content and stories globally and the women can create a sustainable economic model for themselves and their family. The www.FilmAnnex.com  and www.WomensAnnex.com  platforms pay their content providers in Bitcoin, a digital currency where there small transaction fees and no physical barriers for women.

We provide better education with Social Media that is paid by Digital Currency to improve Digital Literacy around the world starting in Afghanistan .
