Chapter 5

         Carla is sitting on top of the hill. She is enjoying the fantastic view over there. Green trees, flowers of different colors, different kinds of animals wandering around,the village people, a very peaceful surroundings. She never seen a place like this before. She grew up in the city where all she can see are tall buildings, noisy and smokey streets and over crowded people. "Ah this place is really a paradise, Isn't it? asked Carla to Alexis who is sitting beside her. "Yes indeed your majesty" Alexis replied

         "Uhm, would you mind if I asked you something? it's Carla. "What is it my Lady? It's Alexis. "When is our wedding?" Alexis look at her intently and says "actually soon after your 18th birthday. Are you nervous? Well it's normal for you" he answered.

        What if I refused? asked Carla. Alexis took a deep sigh before he answered "Well your father will have to marry any woman here to be the queen but I think he doesn't want to do that because he still loves your mother". Did you know that I didn't grew up here? That I came from the world of the mortals? asked Carla looking at Alexis eyes. "Yes I know about you because your father told me and to tell you frankly I'm not a prince. I'm just a son of your father's best friend. Many princes from the other kingdoms wanted to be your groom when they heard the news on your arrival. I'm just lucky to be his choice. I already watching you from your world when he told me about you. I must admit I easily fall in love when I first laid eyes on you.

      "Oh my! I don't know what I'm feeling? My knees are getting weak. Am I in love with him too? Carla asked at the back of her mind. Let's go Alexis it's getting dark now I have to rest, I think my knees are trembling. Alexis hold her hand and guide her to the white horse nearby. They ride the horse together . Carla is sitting in front while Alexis left hand is holding her waste and the right hand holding the rope. The horse lead them to the palace. She can't explain the feeling of being near to Alexis.

      At the mortals world - Doctor why my daughter is always sleeping? It's Lydia her mother. "Ah that's the effect of the drug we gave her when she hallucinated. She was acting weird and keep on murmuring words so we sedate her. Her vital signs are okay so you don't have to worry. Just wait till she wakes up. I will leave you now madam I will go to my other patients" the doctor said.

        Liza her best friend come to her mother. "What's happening to her? Last week she just asked me about sleep walking because she thinks she is doing it every night that caused mud stains in her room. She is dreaming of a palace and thinks she is  princess there. She also talks about her father. Did you think this is the reason why this is happening to her?" Liza asked her mother without a pause.

        Lydia is thinking what was Liza said a while ago. "Really she told you that? She just asked me about her father but not the sleep walking.I really don't know Liza, I think the hospital is not the right place for her, I think her condition is not normal. I needed to consult a quack doctor from our province maybe he could help us.
