There is no compulsion in the religion

Posted on at

Our faith depends upon the heart and there is no compulsion on the heart, because the heart follows the faith which is accepted most by it. Due to this there is no compulsion in the religion. If anybody accepts the Islam by his heart and belief on it then he is a good and pure Muslim. The main principal of Islam due to which it is all around the world is same that there is no compulsion in the religion.

Once upon time a shepherd was busy in grazing the cattle’s and at the same time some Muslims (Shaibha) was passing from the same place, and when he saw the Muslim, he say ASSALAM O ALIKUM to them but shaibha think that he get freighted and he is not a Muslim in real so they kill that man without the verification but when this news comes to Holy Prophet (S.A.W), they get angered very much and call that group of Muslim and asked the reason for their action. After a lot of questions, Holy Prophet (S.A.W) said that there is no compulsion in religion.

One day Hazarat Umar offered the Islam to an old non Muslim lady but she rejected his offer and say to Hazarat Umar that I m in the last stage of the age and why should I leave my religion, after this Hazrat Umar say that there is no compulsion in the religion and this shows that everyone is free the accept and follow any religion in the Islam.
